WHAT DRIVES US

We are in the middle of a once-in-a-lifetime event. One that will change fundamentally the way we perceive not only the business environment, global economy, skills, labour force, but also the world, the environment, leisure time, global problems. It is still not very clear what are the outcomes of this transition, it is not clear what will be the timeframe. What we can say is that undoubtedly we are living pretty exciting times. Pretty dramatic ones, too.

Everybody agrees that the changes are inevitable, and always they drive evolution. And they have their costs. Not low most of the times. They have to be contained, have to be managed, and hopefully everybody would win by changing - we'll emerge to a better "us". Better "us", better "business", better "environment", better understading of implications of our actions at unknown-until-now levels.

The challenge is to be able to turn around business models, adopt new ones, invent new ones, more flexible, more blured, more connected to other models and/or businesses. Permissiveness might be a crucial and interesting concept in business networking.

This is not easy, and after all painfull, and risky. And no one is able to show you the right way.

We are trying. And we make things work.
