What does AQUASoft do?
We build, run and progressively automate the critical systems enterprises rely on: software engineering, cloud and managed services, operations and automation, SAP and data platforms.
How long have you been working with enterprises?
Since 2002. AQUASoft started inside an international enterprise technology project and has delivered more than 250 projects since, many of them in relationships that have lasted for years. One of our client relationships spans more than 20 years.
Do you work in the Gulf?
Yes. Our teams work across Europe, Asia and the Gulf, with a presence in the UAE and delivery capabilities in Saudi Arabia. Our engineers have worked on site in Saudi Arabia and the UAE on projects for a telecom operator, an airline and a healthcare provider.
Which industries do you work in?
Banking and insurance, healthcare, aviation and transport, energy, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals, technology, the public sector and consumer goods.

Can you scale for large programmes?
Yes. We build and lead dedicated teams for long-running enterprise programmes. For larger engagements, we add specialists from Romania, Eastern Europe and South Asia, with one accountable AQUASoft lead throughout.
Do you provide 24x7 support?
Yes. We run production environments 24x7 under agreed service levels, with monitoring, incident, change and problem management under ITIL.
Do you use AI in development and operations?
Yes. Our engineers use AI assistants every day across development, testing, DevOps and infrastructure work, and every change is still reviewed and tested by an engineer before it is released. Where a client restricts AI tools, or wants parts of a project kept away from them, we follow those rules, together with the project's security and intellectual property requirements.
Can you help us move from SAP ECC to S/4HANA?
Yes. Our SAP consultants work on S/4HANA projects from requirements and data migration to end-to-end testing and L2/L3 support after go-live. Mainstream maintenance for SAP Business Suite 7 core applications, including SAP ECC 6.0, ends in December 2027. Optional extended maintenance is available until the end of 2030, making this a good time to plan.
SAP →Do you still work with mainframes?
Yes, since 2005. We develop, operate and support IBM Z mainframes, from COBOL, CICS and Db2 to batch scheduling and production operations. We also administer IBM Power systems running AIX, often found alongside the mainframe, up to L3 diagnostics.

Yes. We have packaged applications for enterprises since 2002, recently tens of applications every month for a move to Microsoft Intune. A core team, backed by specialists we trained ourselves, lets us scale for large migrations.

Yes, with our clients' express approval. On our website, projects are briefly described by sector, scale and duration. In a conversation, we share more detail and provide references on request.
Which languages do you work in?
Mainly English. Our consultants also work in German, French, Italian and Spanish.
